HOW DO I FIND OUT MY RING SIZE?
We recommend visiting your local Jewler for an accurate sizing. Most places will do this at no cost to you.
WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?
Your new stone is made with resin. This substance is not waterproof and should be handled with care. Do not submerge your piece in water and take care to remove while using any harsh chemicals.
HOW DO I SHIP MY INCLUSIONS?
You may ship your inclusions to the address sent via email. If shipping breastmilk, please allow it to thaw to room temperature. Do not send the last of your inclusions! We try our best to create a piece you will love but we do not want to utilize the remainder of your precious memories. Please label your bag with your name and order number.
WHAT INCLUSIONS CAN I SEND?
We will accept breastmilk, formula, cremation ashes, umbilical cord, hair, flower petals, or any other items you would like to add upon request.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We have recently decided to accept payments through PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo or cash if dropping off inclusions in person. We will not accept payments directly through the website at this time. Please contact us directly to discuss your piece and payment method.
