Your beautiful keepsake is a precious way to remember your journey or loved ones.  Please care for the piece delicately.  Lightly clean with a cloth using mild soap and water.  Do not submerge in water. We recommend removing it during showers or cleaning. 

All items are custom and made to order.  There is no refund or return available.  If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to ensure you are happy with your precious keepsake.

Breastmilk should be thawed to room temperature.  Please send one ounce only.
